With a bent toward helping people who have been through pain and loss; I received a bachelors in Psychology and pursued education in somatic healing through the healing arts. With 16 years of experience I have helped hundreds of people move forward to recovery from both physical pain and emotional pain by utilizing both sides of my training.

With a background in psychology and coaching, I have helped people going through huge shifts in their life from a health challenge to a career change, or a total shift in the type or style of their business. My expertise are focused on the individual going through transition, to help broaden their perspective on the outcome they really want to have.

Many clients seek help with anxiety while working on high-pressure projects. We cover techniques and goals but we also cover getting to the deeper roots of what is preventing them from feeling prepared for their next project, presentation, or interview. These deeper roots or obstacles are very individually based. That’s why I say, ‘I coach people not subjects’.

My focus is personal and individual, while listening for the key needs of each client that comes to me regardless of whether the coaching is for career, business, health, or relationships. This helps me guide each person to tools and resources that they may already have or find new ones they need now.

I heard a quote by Wayne Dyer that challenges me every day. He states, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”Sometimes we don’t realize the help and support available to us until somebody comes along and refocuses our view. In my coaching practice, I will stand beside you, support you, challenge you, and hold you to the goals and dreams you stated that you want to achieve without being a drill sergeant. I will also bring compassion and encouragement to remind you that your humanity comes before the world’s idea of success. I will remind you of how to be self compassionate when the temptation is to strive only for outcomes in the physical world and forget the deeper self. Balance is the key.
Jennifer has been coaching me through a very difficult time in my life, recovering from finding my husband after his suicide. She used techniques I had never heard of before and created huge results and benefits for me, providing me ways to help myself not just through this, but through life!
