*48 Hour notice required for rescheduling appointments to avoid paying for missed appointment. Prepaid sessions can be rescheduled due to emergencies but not refunded.
First Session available: free half hour, with referral from friend, colleague or counselor. Limited number based on half hour time slots already taken. Free session allows for a question and answer time to cover style of coaching and what you are looking for in your coaching experience.
